Founders Gary and Becky, a husband and wife team, were inspired to create the company after their own encounters with poor customer service in these areas. They saw the same issues affecting their friends and family and decided to use their expertise to make a positive impact.
Gary and Becky bring a wealth of experience to the company. Becky began her career in the aviation industry, earning an Advanced Diploma certificate from a school of aviation. She then spent over 18 years working as a Ticketing and Reservation desk consultant, honing her customer service skills and gaining a deep understanding of the travel industry.

Gary, brings over 20 years of experience in courier and logistics to the table. He has managed shipping and receiving for vendors, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products and goods. As a driver, he has used delivery platforms such as Uber/UberEATS, Grubhub, and Door Dash, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges and opportunities in the delivery industry.
Together, Gary and Becky have created a company that prioritizes high-quality customer care and aims to build strong, positive relationships with its clients.
